• Maintain and update of all Personal files and related records (eg. Leave records, transfer, daily attendance, monthly punch cards, medical chits, etc.). • Responsible for Purchase Invoice & Credit Advice Entry into system. • Proper & Systematic Filing according to supplier, such as Invoice, Credit Advice, Credit Note &etc • Perform merchant report on weekly basis & tidy up daily sales report. • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time. • Responsible for preparing documents of payment listing, reimbursement, inventory, invoicing, payment voucher & all relevant administrative paperwork. • Responsible to assist the accounting department with documentation.
