The primary responsibility of this position is to provide consultative maintenance and equipment consulting services to meet both customers’ and company financial goals for the production of premium High Strength High Modulus Polyvinyl Alcohol (HSHM PVA) Fiber. 1. Assist the management to ensure successful, cost-effective and timely implementation of project deliveries. 2. Consult with management, production and marketing personnel on possible requirements and procedures for the project. 3. Provide training to guide local employee’s proper way to properly handle maintenance method to ensure all equipment and machineries are functioning properly. 4. Organize and manage projects, and formulate detailed plans to achieve established goals. 5. Examine technology, organisational resources and the demands of the market in order to to plan or deliver programs for feasible or possible projects.. 6. Manage the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment, and ensure that it is carried out by the responsible personnel. 7. Direct, evaluate, and confirm product design and changes. 8. Provide all necessary input into the planning and development of projects undertaken by the company. 9. Responsible for reporting/updating on site condition to director. 10. Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
