Key Responsibilities • Lead, supervise, monitor and organize all resources to carry out sales implementation exercise to ensure all sales activities are executed successfully • Manage and motivate sales personnel, conduct training and monitor staff activities and performance to ensure a consistent level of operational excellence • Generate, analysis and propose strategy for the sales related report on timely manner • Participate and provide input during product development and price setting stage to assist in developing a market value product • Well verse in business plan target and develop overall sales strategy for given projects to meet company's target • Develop guidelines and workflow to ensure effective sales floor control, uphold sales team discipline and resolve conflicts • To promote company’s properties and services and work towards achieving the sales target as well as high level of customer satisfaction. • To expand database of potential buyers and to increase sales from existing buyers. • Close follow up with sales leads generated from sales prospecting activities with the objective to close sales. • Conduct market survey report on customer's needs, property market trends and competitor's offerings for future product improvement and development. • Organize and coordinate sales launches, exhibitions, promotional activities, road shows and events. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints review and analyze customer reactions and feedback on products, promotions and services. Qualifications and Skills Required • Sales Strategy Development, Sales Team Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills • Minimum 5 years' working experience in property sales and marketing, with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication (written and oral), negotiation and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of property development industry trends and regulations • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills • Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management or related field
