Market Analysis and Strategy Development: • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop sales strategies that align with current industry demands. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials. 5. Quotations and Proposals: • Prepare detailed quotations and proposals based on client requirements, including pricing, project timelines, and delivery schedules. • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring profitability for the company. 6. Team Collaboration: • Work closely with the design, production, and customer service teams to ensure that client orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to improve products, services, and customer experiences. Job Requirements: • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the printing, advertising, or promotional products industry. • Knowledge: • Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and technologies (e.g., inkjet printing, offset printing, digital printing, screen printing). • Knowledge of market trends in printing, merchandise, and corporate gifts. • Language Proficiency: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
