Retail Officer

1. Responsible for retail relevant activities for the company premises. Assign Task: - Oversee the daily operations of the retail shop (Kacang Putih) and vending machines. - Ensure a clean, organized, and appealing retail environment. - In Charge managing inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage. - Conduct regular stock checks and assist with order replenishments. - Focus for analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. - Support the development and implementation of short-term, mid-term, and long-term sales and profitability growth plans. - Compliance with store policies and Standard of Procedure (SOP) that been given. Share Task: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and engagement. - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. - Contribute to the development and execution of Meditel's Medical Mall blueprint. - Participate in branding exercises for retail products and services. - Developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. 2. Others - To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required. Requirements 1. Degree and above. 2. At least 2 years of working experience in relevant field. 3. Experience in managing stock inventory. 4. Familiarity with AutoCount Accounting system or similar inventory management software.
