Location: Bukit Raja, Klang Working Time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Job Description: The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, helping to ensure smooth onboarding, employee record management, and other HR functions. Key responsibilities include: 1. Monitor new employee information, ensuring all forms and onboarding documents are completed accurately and promptly. 2. Input new employee details into the HR system and maintain up-to-date records. 3. Organize, update, and complete documentation for both new and existing employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies. 4. Monitor and track employee attendance, leave applications, and assist in maintaining accurate attendance records. 5. Assist in the payroll process by preparing relevant data and supporting payroll documentation. 6. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing job postings. 7. Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Executive. Requirements: 1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. 4. Familiarity with HR2000 ipayroll is a plus. 5. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. 6. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. 7. Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage.
