RESPONSIBILITIES: • Carries out design/drafting using AutoCad/SketchUp. • Work closely with architects/superior. • To understand and follow instructions will positive attitude • Work well as part of a team and independently • Prepare technical drawing • Coordinate all consultant drawings • Prepare presentation board • Performs other job-related duties as required REQUIREMENTS: • Architectural design development consisting of layout proposal, architectural drawings for submission to authorities. Must be familiar with standard building bylaws. • Liaise with other consultants and authorities for building approval. • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Architecture. • Ability to use AutoCad, Revit, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Sketchup. • Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team. • Must possess own transport. • Ability to work with minimal supervision. • To take site measurements.
