Requirements and Qualifications Fresh graduate Bachelor's degree in marketing, film, video production, or related field. Proficiency in video editing software, such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro or others. Knowledge on Motion Graphic is a bonus Ability to work on video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and sound design. Ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as independently. Strong communication and presentation skills. Responsibilities: Provide support in all aspects of video production (pre-production, production and postproduction) including, but not limited to, planning, coordinating, set-up, filming, editing, graphic effects and publishing. Organising and managing raw footage, audio files, and other media assets. Assembling and editing video footage to create a cohesive and compelling story. Trimming, rearranging, and refining video sequences to enhance flow and pacing. Incorporating visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the overall visual appeal. Selecting and incorporating suitable music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the narrative. Collaborating with Directors, Producers, and clients to understand their vision and requirements. Work with colleagues to conceptualize, plan and develop creative and strategic video and photo assets for multiple mediums, including official social media channels and websites. Analyze existing video content and make recommendations for improvements and repurposing.
