- Prepare proposal letter based on the client’s requirements, ensures 8 hours response time or not more than 24 hours based on the department SOP. That includes sending contracts to client and follow-up promptly. - Responsible for the promotion and sales of all products of the JGCC, including but not limited to rooms, catering, banquets, etc. - Understand client needs through telephone sales, face-to-face visits and other forms. - Maintain accuracy of all reservations and other data in system including golf reservation. - To monitor or trace on daily basis of all reservation made in the System, i.e. prospect, wait-list, etc to maintain forecast accuracy. - Be familiar with golf product knowledge and related activities. - Establish a good relationship with clients, maintaining the update of information and prompt report client needs and feedback to management. - Responsible for internal communication such as departmental briefings, liaison with other departments and team member relations. - Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all guests, clients, and team members. - Attend daily departmental briefings and discussion. - Conscientiously perform assigned tasks and special tasks assigned the management. - The department reserves the right to change or supplement the job description if necessary.
