Responsibilities: Obtain and maintain billing work process ,plan and flow. Resolving billings errors, differences and discrepancies. Responds to inquiries from customer and internal department concern. Perform pending & unbilled transactions with follow up action plan. Upload invoices / submit invoice timely to avoid any delay in payment. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Certificate Required skill(s): Word Perfect, MS Excel. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
