Experience / Skill: a) Good Spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English. b) Able to perform clinic tasks. c) Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and policies. d) Documentation skills; including usage of tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. e) Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills. Key Responsibilities a) Care for all patients in the clinic; minimize complaints from patients; b) Record patients' vital readings such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse; c) Organize and manage patients' health information data; d) Assist with procedure and dressing; e) Assist Doctor/Nurse conducting blood taking, eye test, audiometric tests, spirometry tests, ECG and alcohol tests; f) Clean and monitor medical equipment; g) Obtain medical histories; h) Make appointments; i) Keep records and perform other clerical duties; j) Carry out other duties from time to time as requested by the clinic leader and management.
