Finance Manager

Job Descriptions: 1. Leading the team of accounts personnel on day-to-day finance operations and monthly management accounts. 2. Responsible for managing the full spectrum of finance including financial planning, financial reporting, budgetary control, cash flow, treasury costing, credit control, internal control and statutory matters. 3. Maintain strong internal controls, reporting standards and ensure compliance with accounting and reporting requirement. 4. To liaise with both internal and external parties including auditors, tax agents, tax authorities, company secretaries, government bodies for statutory and legislative requirements. 5. Advise and recommend on any strategic planning for improvement, investment decisions and decision making. 6. Assist in any other ad-hoc assignment on corporate exercise or operations. Job Requirements: 1. Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification in Accountancy. 2. Possess strong analytical skills, committed in meeting deadlines, responsible and with accountability. 3. Self-motivated and driven to achieve required results. 4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills & a team player
