• Recruitment and employment activities (staff & protégé) including issuing Letter of Employment / Contract of Employment, arrangement of medical check-up, orientation training and confirmation of employment. • Maintaining records of employees (including Personal file, leave, disciplinary letter, medical bills etc). • Organizing Immigration Work permit application and renewal for peninsular staff, dependents and PLIK permit (local/foreigner). • Assisting in preparing of annual performance management (PMS) related matters including promotions, increments and bonuses. • Checking & key-in overtime & staff personal claim on a monthly basis. Familiar with SAP System is an advantages • Maintaining Human Capital Management Monthly Report for the company including manpower report, training report, medical report etc. • Engaging with PERKESO, LHDN / EPF Office as and when necessary for staff related issues. • Have experiences in Payroll is an advantages • Implementing of company policies & procedures. • To carry out any other instructions as deemed fit by Head HCMA. • Assist HCMA on any Human Capital Management related matters / issues. *NOTE* Candidates with Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/Human Capital or related are priority and encourage to apply.
