Job Description: Sales Coordinator at Heavenly Travel Sdn. Bhd. As a Sales Coordinator at Heavenly Travel Sdn. Bhd., your role will involve various responsibilities related to customer care services and sales support. Here is the job description based as follow: Customer Care Services: - Handle incoming inquiries from telephone, email, social media, and mobile phone. - Assist incoming guests/visitors. - Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner - Maintain a good relationship with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction. Sales Support: - Support the Sales & Marketing team by performing general office duties. - Update a database with client details and travel information. - Assist in preparing, sending, and following up on quotations. - Assist in managing bookings, including date changes, cancellations, and refunds. - Maintain accurate records of booking tracking, payments, and communication with agents and suppliers. - Assist in planning itineraries and providing translation if required. - Handle travel insurance purchases, visa applications, and related matters. Event Management: - Handle group inquiries and manage large-scale events. Requirements: - Fresh Diploma/Degree holders or candidates with 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Proactive attitude and hands-on work ethic. - Well-organized, able to multitask, and possess good time management skills. - Pleasant personality, energetic, highly motivated, organized, honest, takes initiative, able to work independently, and a team player. - Willing to work at Langkawi. - Passionate about the travel and tourism industry.
