ASSISTANT MANAGER

- Assist in managing day-to-day dealership operations to ensure efficient workflow. - Supervise vehicle reconditioning processes, including inspections, repairs, and detailing. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment. - Support sales staff in providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues promptly. - Assist customers with inquiries, vehicle selection, and the purchase process. - Ensure the showroom and sales lot maintain a customer-friendly and attractive appearance. - Assist in training, mentoring, and managing sales and service team members. - Oversee employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and suggest improvements. - Create and implement sales and service training programs to improve staff efficiency. - Work with the management team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Review and analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for growth or improvement. - Collaborate on pricing strategies and promotional campaigns. - Ensure all vehicles meet dealership quality standards before being placed on the lot. - Oversee compliance with regulations and internal policies regarding vehicle safety and quality. - Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and inventory. - Maintain accurate records of vehicle sales and maintenance history. - Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
