Job Description/Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and update bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets as necessary. 2. Handle daily invoice record maintenance. 3. Update client accounts with current payment statuses or contact details. 4. Prepare reports and balance sheets to document overall profit and loss statements. 5. Contact key customers regarding outstanding invoice payments and record received payments in the system. 6. Liase with external parties, including auditors, tax consultants, and other professionals, to ensure compliance with all audit, tax and statutory obligations. 7. Respond promptly to customer requests and provide timely follow-ups. 8. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Warehouse, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, HR and IT, to address and resolve issues. 9. Provide general administrative support as needed. 10. Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management. Required Qualifications: 1. A Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a Professional Qualification 2. Able to work independently with less supervision 3. Strong communication and presentation skills 4. Able to work under pressure & meet the deadline 5. Initiative, proactive & positive work attitude 6. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, particularly in managing a full set of accounts.
