Responsibilities: Hiring: Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Create and implement effective onboarding plans. Staff Development: Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Develop and Monitor training and development programs. Administration: Provide counselling on policies and procedures. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. Maintain employee records (attendance, timesheet, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements. Prepare Materials or Reports as required by the Management. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. Performs other related duties as assigned Requirements: Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive and Pro-active attitude Works excellently in Team Having traits such as reliability, leadership skills, and accountability are desirable qualities. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Studies, or relevant field; further training will be a plus
