Position Overview: As a Sales Advisor, you will lead our sales team to achieve revenue growth and market share objective. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the sales process across various channels. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. • Identify new markets and growth opportunities to achieve company targets. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies as necessary. Leadership & Management: • Lead and motivate the sales team, establish clear performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations. • Provide guidance and support to sales personnel in achieving their targets and career development goals. • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance. Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers. • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly. • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively. Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Prepare and present sales reports and analysis to management, provide insights and recommendations for improvement. • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Market Analysis • Identify, evaluates, approach and secure new potential clients on an on-going basis through industry/community networking via various platform. • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor analysis. • Oversee the sales team, set targets, and monitor sale performance to achieve revenue goals. • Analyse sales data and market trends to create accurate sales forecasts and set achievable targets. Requirements: 1. A bachelor’s degree or Master holder in sales & marketing, business administration or any related field is required. 2. Proven experience 10 years in sales management or any related experience. 3. Ability to work both independently & team in a highly diverse and multi-cultural environment. 4. Ability to adapt in changing market conditions. 5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. 6. Excellent in communication, planning, and organization skills. 7. Strong in problem solving and attention to accuracy & details. 8. Proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). 9. Fluent in English or any other widely spoken language in an international priority region would also be an advantage. 10. Willing to travel is advantage Benefits: 1.
