Job responsibilities: • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's goal • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients • Check & Approve – Orders to Mondelēz, Team Incentives, Mondelēz Claims etc. • Address Issues (HR, Logistics, Finance, Sales) • Finish Admin Work (if any) • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes • Manage sales team and merchandiser team directly to deliver best in class service to customers (retailers) • Planning and deliver KPI and revenue set by company's. • Submit standard reports as per specified frequency. Requirement: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. • Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in a similar industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Having strong leadership skill and ownership. • Having basic computer knowledge and skills.
