Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Infinecs Systems, you'll be responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Your role will be crucial in building a strong and diverse workforce that will propel our company forward. Job Description Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Manage an end-to-end talent acquisition cycle (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and building pipeline), including internship and graduate training programmes. • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring plans. • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques. • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members, providing a seamless and well-organized experience for all involved. • Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires. • Maintain meticulous candidate records and ensure data integrity within the applicant tracking system. • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to improve and innovate our recruitment processes continuously. • Represent Infinecs Systems at recruiting events, career fairs, and industry conferences to build our employer brand and attract top talent. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience of at least 2 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the technology or IT industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • A passion for identifying and attracting top talent and a commitment to providing exceptional candidate experiences.
