Responsibilities: 1) Overseeing the logistic processes and related outputs. 2) Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking to ensure EMS/QMS remains effective and compliant. 3) To keep all company’s information which private and confidential (P&C). 4) Develop and uphold the implementation of the Company’s policies & SOP. 5) Enforce housekeeping is maintained at most favourable condition at all times. 6) Inform to superior if there is any un-foreseen problem happen in your workplace. 7) To take reasonable care to avoid injury to yourself or to others by your work activities. 8) To co-operate with employer and others in meeting statutory requirements. 9) To use and wear all the protective equipment provided at all time. 10) To comply all the rules on environmental and occupational safety & health. Tasks: 1) To assist in plan and request the related training to meet quality objectives. 2) To assist in plan and conduct on-the-job training from time to time as when necessary. On-the-job training shall conduct with commensurate to the level of education the employee. 3) Managing the logistic processes and related outputs compliance to its laws, guidelines and ISO requirements. 4) Managing the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI). 5) Correcting, preventing or reducing undesired effects in order to improve the performance and effectiveness of the process. 6) Oversee the day-to-day operations of logistics and distribution activities, ensuring all activities are in line with company policies and regulations. 7) Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing transportation and logistics activities. 8) Negotiate with transportation, shipping companies, and freight forwarders on rates and service charges. 9) Prepare customs statements and reports, ensuring adherence to customs regulations. 10) Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and shipment schedules. 11) Communicate and coordinate with government authorities, customs, forwarders, transporters, and shipping agents for import, export, and customs-related tasks. 12) Handle shipping documents and exemptions related to logistics. 13) Prepare and submit LMW reports and other necessary documentation for regulatory compliance. 14) Maintain accurate documentation for export declarations, customs clearance, and requirements. 15) Apply for import/export permits as required for company products. 16) Negotiate with transport providers and forwarders to secure cost-efficient services. 17) Calculate transportation charges, compare quotations, and manage logistics costs effectively. 18) To maintain proper filling for all respective document. 19) Ensure the checklist/forms in use are compliance to EMS/QMS. 20) Perform other tasks / duties as assigned or required.
