Shift Manager

Summary The Shift Manager serves as a role model and expert to team members on Emart24 convenience shop standards. To support the business success by creating and establishing the flow or Team Member Training ensure all new members complete training plans within the specified time during employment. Perform and follow up team members assigned workstation duties to ensure quality products and service are delivered following the company standard operating procedures. Duties & Responsibilities: 1) Provide quality products to our customers by ensuring each delivered product meets the 2) Emart24 standards and accurately reflects the customer’s order. 3) Execute administrative and cash management duties. 4) Ensure team members’ complete understanding of all aspects of the Learning Journey. 5) Provide feedback and follow-up to confirm understanding of Emart24 Standards and Procedures. 6) Monitor’s performance of new team members and consistently provide feedback to the management team to assist in their learning journey. 7) Effectively and consistently utilize all company communications channels, ie., email, operations bulletin, logbook to keep team members updated on all matters.
