Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline processes and resolve potential logistical issues. - Utilize cutting-edge logistics software to track shipments, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to minimize transportation costs while maximizing delivery speed. - Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in logistics and transportation. - Handling incoming calls, and emails and managing the daily schedule/task of the team. - Filling, updating & storing files to ensure they are accurate & accessible. - Performing other administrative tasks as and when assigned from time to time. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines. - Coordinate and assist with quality issues. Requirement: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business - Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent. - Required language can speak and write fluent MANDARIN, ENGLISH and BAHASA MALAYSIA. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Good analytical and problem solving skills. - Strong computer skills. - Positive working attitude, detail-oriented, responsible, committed, independent and resourceful. - Able to handle full set of export/import documentation. Matured, analytical and able to work independently.
