Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing all Human Resource and Administrative functions for the company, including recruitment, performance management, learning, rewards & benefits administration, payroll, employee relations and compliance. The Human Resource Assistant Manager will also work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals. Qualification & Requirement: • Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR or other relevant degree from a recognize higher learning institution. • Minimum of 10 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues. • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational development, learning, employee relations, diversity, performance management & employer branding. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in presentation and articulation of strategy and proposals to senior management. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Familiar with EA and SLO. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel & Power Point or any HR related software (Payroll, HRMS, etc). • Experience in the telecommunication or technology industry is a plus. Main Responsibilities: • To assist in full spectrum of Human Resource & Administrative functions which include recruitment, staffing, performance monitoring, learning, payroll, compensation and benefit, and employee related matters. • Develop & implement HR policies to support the delivery of key business objectives including employee retention & engagement. • Work closely with top management to align HR strategies with overall business goals. • Manage a full spectrum of HR processes from branding, resourcing, onboarding to offboarding • To collaborate with the management in facilitating performance evaluation process. • Manage and ensure compliance on payroll administration including on-time payroll processing, salary pay-outs and liaising with government bodies eg. KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF, and on all statutory requirements. • Responsible for maintaining, developing, compiling with a good timely, accuracy and consistency of HR report/ information. • Provides regular HR Matrix reporting and analysis for data driven decision making. • To undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that the Management assigns from time to time.
