Responsibilities: Ability to research and interpret market data and be aware of market and competitor activity. Develop strategic vision by communicating development vision to internal and external stakeholders and alternatives development where the vision is unable to be achieved. Assist in preparation of brief, outline identified market opportunities and commercial objectives, articulated key design and commercial principles and their assumptions. Develop sensitivity analysis, scenarios and test assumptions using a financial model to assess commercial viability. Assist in preparation of management reporting and preparing schedule of risk and opportunity against baseline metrics; optimize financial performance with broad understanding of key financial metrics. Maintain registers to track closure of authority requirements and coordinate relevant project components to implement marketing strategies. Understanding of project management principles in managing time, cost, quality and risk. Manage risk, milestones, project interdependencies and inputs required to effectively manage projects and coordinate well written project reports for internal and external stakeholders. Understand the importance of relationships and negotiations with authorities to secure approval and engage expertise and relationships by understanding each party’s commercial drivers and can prepare a negotiation plan. Understand what outcomes are required and can apply critical thinking and problem solve. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in property development, with a focus on [specific property types, such as residential, commercial, or mixed-use]. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering property development projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Strong knowledge of property development processes, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Satisfactory problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools. Demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
