Key Responsibilities: 1. Contract Management Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to property transactions, leases, and development projects. Ensure that all contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain an organized database of contracts, amendments, and other relevant documents. 2. Compliance Monitoring Monitor contracts to ensure compliance with terms, conditions, and deadlines. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee contractual obligations are met. Address any compliance issues promptly and effectively. 3. Administrative Support Provide administrative support to the Contract Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information for contract negotiations and management. 4. Documentation and Record-Keeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, amendments, and related documents. Prepare and distribute contract summaries and key information to relevant parties. Ensure proper documentation of contract changes and revisions. 5. Communication and Collaboration Liaise with legal, finance, and property management teams to gather information and ensure smooth contract execution. Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and clients regarding contract terms, changes, and updates. Foster positive relationships with external partners and stakeholders. 6. Problem Resolution Identify and resolve contract-related issues and disputes in a timely manner. Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary to address complex legal matters. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a related field. - Previous experience in contract management, property management, or a similar role within the real estate industry. - Strong understanding of property laws, lease agreements, and contract negotiation principles. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
