Job Type: Permanent Working Hours: Shift Location: Global Business Convention Centre, Petaling Jaya Qualifications: 1. A minimum of a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Ideal candidates will have entry-level experience in IT, specializing in Network/System/Database Administration or related areas. 3. Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server operating systems, as well as Networking fundamentals. 4. Familiarity with Email systems, Website management, DNS configurations, and Cloud Environments is highly desirable. 5. Prior experience with Web Hosting is advantageous. 6. Willingness and ability to work on a rotating shift schedule. 7. Recent graduates with a strong technical foundation are welcome to apply. Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RapidCloud’s products and services to ensure client satisfaction. 2. Offer expert guidance and assistance to clients, helping them effectively utilize RapidCloud's offerings. 3. Diagnose and resolve issues related to hosting services, including both Windows and Linux environments. 4. Continuously monitor server performance and address any issues to maintain optimal operation. 5. Implement and oversee routine server maintenance to ensure high reliability and performance. 6. Respond to client queries and support requests through the Helpdesk system promptly. 7. Manage and resolve technical support calls, providing efficient and effective solutions. 8. Conduct regular weekly and monthly server maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and maintain service quality.
