Product Designer

Job Description As a Product Designer, you'll lead the creation of exceptional financial products from brainstorming to implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver an intuitive, secure, and seamless user experience aligned with our product direction. Job Responsibilities: - Lead the design process for various web and mobile applications, from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and user-centric experience. - Design outstanding front-end user experiences across our financial products with the goal of captivating and converting potential customers. - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop and execute intuitive, secure, and seamless user experiences that align with the product direction and company goals. - Use the design system to build new components and propose strategic design updates to our existing component library. - Make design decisions based on competitive analysis, user research, and testing. - Synthesise user data and research to inform design concepts and decisions. - Proactively engage in brainstorming sessions and actively contribute innovative ideas and initiatives to drive creative solutions. - Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices and apply them to enhance the overall product experience. Required Skills: - Fluent speaking in Mandarin and Cantonese are preferred. - Designer with 3+ years of experience in user-centred organisations, focusing on web and mobile app design. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications. - Solid understanding of design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design. - Experience with usability testing, user research methodologies, and data-driven design. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders. - Able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Committed to delivering exceptional work and prototypes that resonate with users and create a positive impact on their experience. - Experience in contributing to design systems or working with existing design systems is a plus. - A passion for creating exceptional product experiences and a drive for continuous learning and professional growth.
