Business Development and Account overseeing: • Oversee both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities for the entire Direct-To-Consumers (D2C) Enterprise Business, including planning, negotiating, managing and developing sustainable relationships with local/overseas Business Owners (Principal). • To work closely with the head of marketing, operation and finance team on negotiating, planning with 3rd parties (logistics, fulfillment houses, local vendors) on deals/contracts finalization, and ensure seamless communication established between business owners (principal). • To coordinate with respective Arche Digital key account manager to garner support for marketing plan and execution. Business Research, Analytics, Strategy and Reporting: • To do research and analysis on market / product demands and patterns. • To develop strategy planning and monitoring on budgets, forecasts, and result. These include short and long-term objectives, customer metrics, and overall business/sales performance. • Provide recommendations of brand product with growth plans.
