Market Research Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors’ products. Assist the sales team with lead generation and prospecting. Help in managing customer databases and tracking sales performance. Participate in customer outreach and follow-up activities. Marketing Campaigns Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, SEO, etc.). Help to create content for marketing materials, such as blogs, social media posts, and newsletters. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Help manage social media platforms, engage with followers, and increase online visibility. Administrative Tasks Prepare reports on sales and marketing performance. Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
