Production Process Specialist

1)Develop and implement product process improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs 2)Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality control, to streamline processes and ensure product quality 3)Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly 4)Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions 5)Oversee the entire production process, from raw materials to finished products 6)Ensure that production is running smoothly and efficiently, and that products are being manufactured to meet quality standards 7)Monitor product manufacturing to identify and resolve any production problems that may arise 8)Work with other departments to coordinate production and ensure that products are delivered on time 9)Conduct quality control tests on products to ensure that they meet or exceed company standards 10)Maintain accurate records of production and make sure that production reports are submitted on time 11)Monitor and measure process performance using data analysis and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities for improvement 12)Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet project timelines and goals 13)Provide training and support to production personnel to ensure consistent adherence to established processes 14)Stay current with industry advancements and best practices in product process development and apply knowledge to improve existing processes
