Quantity Suveyor (PRE & POST)

1.Request, organise, compare, analyse, and prepare reports for quotations received 2.In charge of the purchase of construction materials and rental of equipment as instructed and requests, including getting quotations and ensuring the price for the materials / equipment is competitive and within the project budget 3.Track the progress of delivery and quality of materials in accordance with the construction schedule to prevent delays 4.Assist in the tendering process 5.Assist in the progress claims and payment cert for Sub-Contractors 6.Taking off and any calculation as required; 7.Preparing tender contract/BOQ and costing for smooth implementation of projects within timeline required 8.Able to pick up quantities from drawings M&E works 9.Liaise with Designer to work out Design Proposal within client budget. 10.Responsible for negotiation, pre & post contract management 11.Provide overall costing support to Project Team 12.Evaluate cost, review of quotation, negotiation with subcontractors/supplier and variation of orders to achieve the most competitive price 13.Perform contractors and suppliers evaluation from time to time as required by ISO 14.Design of mechanical and electrical system for ID fit-out works 15.Ensure final design comply with regulations and quality standard
