JOB SUMMARY Sales Assistant Manager will be responsible for lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and structuring the team. Other than that, maximizing our Company sales team potential, constructing sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. 1) Sales Strategy Development: - Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, including market analysis, target customer segments, and pricing strategies. - Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to stay competitive. 2) Team Leadership: - Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets. - Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to improve their performance. - Monitor individual and team progress and implement performance improvement plans as needed. 3) Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solar solutions. - Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Develop long-term relationships with key accounts. 4) Sales Performance: - Set clear sales targets and goals for the sales team and ensure they are met or exceeded. - Monitor sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue, and take corrective actions as necessary. 5) Sales Process Management: - Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring that the team follows a systematic and efficient approach. - Implement and improve sales processes and strategies to enhance efficiency. 6) Market Research: - Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends. - Provide market insights to the Sales Manager and recommend adjustments to sales strategies as needed. 7) Reporting and Documentation: - Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, revenue reports, and activity reports, and present them to senior management. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts. 8) Compliance and Documentation: - Ensure all sales processes and contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to the solar industry. - Oversee the documentation and paperwork involved in sales transactions. JOB REQUIREMENT: - A good basic degree in marketing related courses / engineering / science / finance - Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales / sales management - Proven experience in solar sales, renewable energy, or a related industry. - Independent, self-initiative, responsible and committed, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, excellent presentation skills, good interpersonal skills, strong analytical mind, exemplary leadership skills and passionate desire for success. - Conduct market survey and update latest information to the company - Required Skills: Microsoft Office - Have pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, communications skills, self-starter - Possess own transport and willing to travel
