Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed to company standards and client specifications. Address any complaints or issues from clients promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and audits. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions. Report and investigate any accidents or incidents on site. Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and place orders as necessary. Maintain and organize equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition. Manage budget allocations for cleaning supplies and equipment. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Attend meetings with clients to discuss performance and any adjustments required to the cleaning plan. Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of cleaning operations. Maintain timesheets and attendance records for cleaning staff. Prepare reports on cleaning operations, including productivity and issue resolution. Collaborate with the Operations Manager for any necessary support or improvements.
