Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Attend meetings with clients to discuss performance and any adjustments required to the cleaning plan. Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of cleaning operations. Maintain timesheets and attendance records for cleaning staff. Prepare reports on cleaning operations, including productivity and issue resolution. Collaborate with the Operations Manager for any necessary support or improvements.
