Qualifications: - Proven experience in project coordination or management, especially within the construction industry. - Strong ability to work independently, think critically, and maintain a business-minded approach. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to effectively manage budgets and deadlines. - Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.
