Job Description -Responsible for the overall farm operations, systems, staff development, data management and efficiency, manpower and development of staff. -Accountable for all aspects of accurate and timely data recording and conformance of book values to physical stock at all times. -Drive continuous maintenance programs and monitoring of facilities to ensure assets are always in good order and production is competitive with industry standards. -Work closely with the relevant parties and farm veterinarian on breeder management, and execution of flock heath measures and programs to ensure good animal husbandry processes, maintain MyGAP certificate and valid business licenses. -Lead the manpower planning at the farm to maintain efficient productivity, efficiency and utilization. Work with the OSHA and 5S committee to ensure safety and hygiene in all farm premises. -Analyse data, reports and investigate cases of deviation from expected standards and report causes and corrective action plans in both bird and facility management. -Plan for supplies to the farm to ensure on time delivery, accuracy of distribution, recording of deliveries, correct usage and stock control. -Ensure best practices to maximise flock health status and breeder performance by good veterinary observation, good husbandry observation, clinical analysis and bio-security practices. -Work with the SOP committee in terms of defining and implementing good manufacturing processes; train and encourage staff in pursuit of excellence in poultry management. To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time. Job Requirements Minimum Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Administration. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Minimum 6 years - proven experience in a senior management role. Strong understanding of livestock production processes, including breeding, nutrition, health management, biosecurity welfare, feed mill and industry regulations. Experience in operations management, supply chain management, quality control, procurement procedures, quality control specific to livestock farming. Possess financial management skills, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting. Knowledge of sustainability farming practices and emerging trends in ILF industry, include ESG practices.
