We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part II Architect to join our team. As a Graduate Architect, you will work closely with our team of seniors architects and the Principal, to lead in the development of design concepts, prepare drawings and models, and provide support throughout the design and construction of buildings process. Responsibilities: Part II architects work under the guidance and supervision of senior architects, and the principal, by supporting them in various stages of architectural in various type of projects. • Design Development: Meeting with the Clients and analyse the Design Brief, lead the designing team to develop design concepts and ideas. This involves creating architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings. • Plan Submission: Preparing Building Plan drawing for Authority submission, following and updating the approval process and obtaining the plan approval according to the project timeline. Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations. • Technical Documentation (Tender and Construction): Preparing detailed technical drawings, tendering documents, carrying out tendering if required. Attending and lead the tender coordination meetings with consultants and client’s representatives throughout the tender preparation process. • Construction Administration: Lead the Site Meeting, visiting construction sites to monitor progress, ensure compliance with approved design specifications, address any construction-related challenges that may arise, reviewing material and construction system submittals, updating Authorities related matters progress and checklist by all consultants and ensure on-time CCC schedule. • Research and Analysis: Lead in technical research on materials, construction methods, and building systems to support design decisions. Analysing site conditions, environmental factors, and user requirements to inform the design process. • Project Coordination: Lead in coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. This includes attending meetings, reviewing project progress, and resolving design issues. • Presentation and Communication: Participating in client presentations, design reviews, and public consultations. Effectively communicating design ideas through visual representations, verbal explanations, and written reports. Software skills required (mandatory): • AutoCAD and Revit • Sketchup and Enscape / Vray • Photoshop / Illustrator • Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Point and Microsoft Project.
