Content Creation & Social Media : Create and manage compelling content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance engagement and build community. Schedule, post, and monitor social media interactions to ensure a consistent brand voice. 3. SEO & Website Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO tactics to improve website ranking. Collaborate with the web team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligned with digital marketing goals. 4. Email Marketing & Audience Segmentation: Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns. Track and analyze email performance, ensuring campaigns are optimized to engage segmented audiences effectively. 5. Analytics, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement: Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to monitor performance across digital channels. 6. Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration 7. Work closely with content creators, designers, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and efficient workflow. 8. Stay current with industry trends and emerging tools to bring fresh ideas and best practices to the team. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Experience with SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative and analytical mindset. - Ability to adapt to changing digital trends and continuously optimize strategies.
