-The intern assists with general office activities as determined and directed by the Management. -Assist and work with the Development and Advisory Services staff. -Responsible for assisting the staff with general office duties including research, data entry, filing and general coordination. Duties & Responsibilities 1. Assist in daily operation of Account Department 2. Liaise with Accountant and Managing Director 3. Assist daily accounting & administration / operation task, data entry, filling & documentation, receiving calls & etc. 4. Assist in account transactions, account checking, verification & follow up 5. Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment; prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts) 6. Maintain proper filling of accounting documents for record keeping. Requirement/Qualifications 1. Undergraduate in a Diploma or Degree seeking for internship place. 2. Good knowledge of spoken and written in English. 3. Excellent in communication and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Desire to learn and grow professionally grow. 5.
