- To prepare resolutions, minutes, statutory forms etc. - Assist in lodgement of documents with relevant authorities. - Monitor and comply with submission deadlines. Maintain and update the statutory books and records and ensure proper filling system for all corporate secretarial documents in compliance with the Companies Act. To assist the Company Secretary in managing administrative functions. - Greeting visitors and clients with professional and courteous manner. - To perform other ad-hoc clerical duties as and when required. - Effectively managing a portfolio of clients, engaging, and retaining them. - Developing new client relationships to ensure business growth. Job Requirements: Job Requirements: - At least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Administration or equivalent professional qualifications (ICSA / MAICSA). - At least 2-3 years of working experience in secretarial field or accounting firm. - Familiarity with MS Office, MBRS & MyCoID. - Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preferred). - Good analytical and time management skills. - Able to work independently, work well under pressure and work as a Team.
