Software Engineer / System Developer

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain our in-house software system to support various operational functions. • Develop, construct, and maintain efficient code for both backend and frontend components with large-scale data processing in scalable approach. • Collaborate with internal teams, including administrative staff, to understand and implement operational needs. • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle. • Integrate external systems and services through REST APIs and web services. • Participate in testing, deployment, and post-deployment support to ensure seamless delivery. • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices. • Monitor and troubleshoot data systems, identifying and resolving performance issues. • Ensure system security, reliability, and performance by implementing best practices in coding and architecture. • Continuously optimize the system for improved performance, user experience, and scalability. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the system’s architecture, code, and functionalities. • Assist in implementing data governance and security policies. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, application, protocols, and technologies to integrate innovative solutions. Requirements  Degree in science or engineering (Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Robotics, or related field)  Have min 2 years++ of experience in programming using in front-end and back-end  Proficiency in either front-end technologies or frameworks like React or vue.js and back-end development skills with client-server architecture using PHP, Python, Rust  Experience with database system like MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, including database design, writing SQL queries and stored procedures.  Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JS, jQuery and related web technologies  Able to work in a collaborative environment.  Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia  Good analytical skills and able to do problem solving attitude.  Motivated to learn newly emerging technologies of the future computing and suggest new mobile products, application and protocols.
