1. Develop yearly budget expenses planning and execute the approved budget on a cost effective and timely manner. 2. Constantly communicating company goals, and providing assistance/guidance to team members to improve customer service and resolve complaints. 3. Establish strategic goals in decreasing complaints and supervise operations by recommending policies and procedures that will improve effectively of the team. 4. Motive team members and perform review and assessments of staff performance. Ensure staff abide to disciplinary code and take corrective action if necessary. 5. Ensure routine cleaning work is done daily, monthly, yearly basis, such as spring cleaning, garbage collection, external building cleanliness etc. 6. Work with the Senior Cleaners or Group Leaders to arrange training every six (6) months to maintain the standard of cleaning team. Responsible for training and improving employee quality, work ethic, and cleaning skill. 7. Co-ordinate/delegate and closely monitor cleaners and contractors to be responsible in maintaining cleanliness of the area assigned. 8. Conduct inspection site visit throughout the property and evaluate cleaning work done by staff to ensure satisfaction of stakeholders of the building is achieved. 9. Routine meeting to report to the management and to provide monthly report. 10. Receive/make calls regarding cleaning service/inquiries, as well as negotiating with customers on the prices and services. 11. Work with purchasers, tenants, contractors and other department colleagues to coordinate/schedule cleaning services. 12. Facilitate staff cross section team work with M & E on upkeeping/repairing of building facilities, and enforcement team on violation occurring within the mall. 13. Compare prices/supplier services and negotiation with supplier on the price for cleaning materials/machines, delivery time, warranty period, and payment terms. 14. Liaising with storekeeper and admin to make sure condition of stocks are in good condition upon arrival. 15. Maintains and monitors usage of chemicals and condition of existing stocks, cleaning tools, and machines. Order/restock supplies as necessary on a timely manner to not cause disruption in operations work.
