Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to lead our reservations, OTA account management, tours and sales optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in short-term rental or hospitality management, with a good understanding of OTA platforms and revenue generation strategies. Key Responsibilities: Reservations & Sales Management Oversee and manage daily reservations across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, Ctrip, etc.). Assist in tours and corporate reservations Monitor occupancy rates and implement dynamic pricing strategies to optimize sales and revenue. Ensure accurate and timely updates of property information, availability, and pricing across all channels. Handle guest inquiries and bookings efficiently, focusing on conversion and guest satisfaction. OTA Account Management Manage all OTA accounts, including updating listings, policies, amenities, and promotional offers. Respond to reviews on OTA platforms to maintain high guest ratings and address any feedback. Conduct regular audits of property listings to ensure consistency and adherence to Homesuite's standards. Onboard new listings, set up property details, and integrate with the channel manager to streamline operations. Performance Reporting & Analysis Prepare and update monthly performance reports, tracking key metrics such as occupancy, revenue per unit, and booking channels. Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in property management, hospitality, or OTA account management. Proficiency: Strong understanding of OTA platforms and experience with channel management tools. Skills: Proven experience in sales optimization, dynamic pricing, and revenue management. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally. Tech-savvy: Proficient in using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and online collaboration platforms.
