SENIOR / PROJECT & SERVICE ENGINEER

Job purpose • In-charge of all matters pertaining planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical/commercial and management aspects of projects & services. Duties and responsibilities  Create and develop performance report, delivery method, scope of work, and general duties records;  Go to clients for task briefing, consultation, installation and closeout reviews;  To ensure that the assigned task is executed in a professional and timely manner, satisfies the customer’s requirements as defined in Contract and achieves profit objective;  Engage in the negotiation of customer job demands and specifications as regards to labor and material; and assist in creating comprehensive technical documents;  Supervise activities between internal and external resources, and facilitate smooth workflow for service delivery;  Evaluate project data for accuracy, and take the lead in setting targets and priorities;  Be up to date with current field practices to enhance service standards and delivery;  Review customer technical demands and instructions and assist internal team and customers to identify the best order for lifts, and the most efficient methods of maintaining and using delivered materials;  Attend technical training to acquire more knowledge of technical procedures and applications, and other job demands;  Remain knowledgeable of current technology and carry out research to identify new trends that can be used to achieve maximum results;  Carry out other technical related duties that may be required;  Responsible for change order request, contracts amendments, conduct proactive commercial negotiations  Responsible for obtaining all required project insurance and guarantees;  To ensure good communication with the Management, including update of the periodic reports and participate in progress and department meeting;  On a certain level scale project, will play major role and assume the Project Manager responsibilities in which retain authority and accountability relative to successful project deliver and adhere to company procedures and standards;  Able to carry out valve or others mechanical services task at site whether onshore/offshore plants. Qualifications • Bachelor in engineering field especially in electrical • have and experience in heater • have 3 - 5 years experience
