PROJECT MANAGER

Creating a detailed project plan with timelines and required resources Setting and adjusting project schedules to meet deadlines Managing all project resources, including budgets, teams, and freelancers Identifying and managing potential risks to ensure the project is delivered on time Maintaining project documentation and handling compliance issues Tracking progress and making adjustments as needed Evaluating successes and challenges to improve learning for future projects Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes 10+ year experience in relevant management experience. Troubleshoot problems with construction site. Excellent communication skills Problem-solving and leadership skills Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management Proficiency in project management software and tools Contract negotiation Conflict resolution experience
