Business Development Manager Qualification - Required graduation of University - Fluent Japanese and English - Has knowledge of Recruitment process in Japanese company. - Experience of minimum 3 years working in Japanese company Job Description - Communicate HR and Japanese Director about recruitment plan and strategy. - Give proposal about solution of PERSOL Kelly what support recruitment of client. - Post Job posting in Japanese and Gather Japanese candidate and local candidate who can speak Japanese. - Arrange meeting with Applicant and review performance of Candidate. - Revise Proposal CV before submit to client and recommend candidate to client. - Clarify the reason why PERSOL Kelly recommend the candidate to client and try to arrange interview soonest. - Join interview with candidate for supporting purpose and try to be communication bridge between Client and Candidate. - Prepare offering letter instead of client and share to candidate once client signed. - Arrange smoothly joining to the company of client and gather required documents if needed. - Follow up candidate after joined the company and support communication with client if needed. - Making weekly and monthly plan and strategy, report to Management. - Analyze Labor Market information and prepare presentation to client. - Support Administration job of Business developer and report finalized document to payroll team. - Develop Japanese client by cold calling. - Arrange meeting with Japanese Key person and HR Manager to discuss about potential requirement. - Explain about Labour market and negotiate about salary range and fringe benefit. - Briefing about requirement of client with Recruiters and review updated CVs. - Propose endorsed CV to client and support arrangement of interview and translate communication if needed.
