Key Responsibilities for: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to promote company’s products and services. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses to senior management. Scope of Work: Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate and qualify leads. Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive presentations to potential clients. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms with clients. Client Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback to improve our products. Sales Training: Mentor and train junior sales staff. Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators to track and improve sales effectiveness. Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events and trade shows. Skill required: Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for clear, persuasive, and effective communication. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals. Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating deals and handling objections from clients. Time Management: Efficiently managing time to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is highly desirable. - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on the education or research sectors. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
