Electrical & Instrument Engineer

1. Perform as a team member or independently to trouble-shoot, diagnose, propose and implement electrical power and control equipment process repair solutions. 2. Take ownership for the site electrical standards and ensure that they meet legal, corporate and local electrical requirements including safety standards. 3. Support the Electronics & Instrumental Engineer in leadership and management of the Electrical & Instrument technicians to encourage and control an effective and disciplined workforce through energetic and driven leadership. 4. Support the Electronics & Instrumental Engineer for control and setting up of the site Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance budget, and provide appropriate management of expenditure whilst ensuring all key preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed to schedule. 5. Provide Leadership to drive continuous improvement and improve equipment reliability (including in areas of maintenance performance, plant reliability, and safety, health and environmental performance). 6. Support ongoing assessments and approval of Electrical contractor companies, including auditing performances and managing site activities
