Company Industry: Oil & Gas Position: Logistics Coordinator III (Export Import Operation Advisor) Working Location: Lot 197 II & 197 III,Jalan Pelabuhan Utara P O Box 63, 42001 Pork Klang, Selangor Working hours: 8am to 5pm (100% onsite) Working Duration: 12 months Salary: RM5000 to RM8800 Job Responsibilities • Accountable for planning and coordinating all export orders to meet the agreed customer’s requirement, adhering to country law and regulatory and ITR Export control policy. • To manage the performance of export operations, including Load planning to achieve container load optimization, liaising with forwarder, shipping liners, planning, production & warehouse to meet the expectation of a dynamic business model • To Lead the handling and coordination of all complaints reported by ensuring action plan closure within agreed timeline. • Accountable to ensure that all relevant export documents are promptly sent out so that receiving parties do not incur demurrage charges because of late submission of documents for declaration. • To manage & lead the coordination of all complaints and ensuring that they are resolved within the agreed timeline. The incumbent will be required to closely liaise with lab, production and 3rd party logistic operator to ensure prompt feedback to response from the investigation is correctly reported. • Accountable to manage and handle the claims and credit /debit note issuing process. • Support in validating all logistic invoices and submission to AP team to ensure prompt payment process. • To facilitate & prepare the required documents for Free Trade Agreement application to support Tax exemption for export market on a periodical basis or as of required. • To support EXIM Manager to oversee the 3rd party warehouse operations as of when required. • Ensure that the safety / export procedures are followed down the line to prevent unsecured stuffing, wrong products pack size, quantity and maintain export quality standards for the packaging. Requirement: • Degree holder and equivalent work experience in Shipping, Logistic, Customer Service, Supply Chain operation. • Languages: English – Fluent • 3 years and above relevant business working experience in Logistic or Shipping. • Demonstrated experience in communication, influence, leading others • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes, solve problems and improve processes • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and face difficult situations with confidence and a can do attitude, • competent in JDE processes is essential.
