Junior Project Manager

Job Description: Junior Project Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, escalating as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient project execution. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items. Support risk management processes and help identify potential project risks and mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana). Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
